1. Product introduction:
JH-1206 wet strength dissociating agent is widely used in degumming waste paper added with PAE, MF, UF, amine-epichlorohydrin resin and dialdehyde resin wet strength agent. It can safely and completely remove the water-resistant bonds (covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds, etc.) of paper products, providing more convenience for the recycling of wet-strength damaged paper and the reuse of secondary fibers.
2. Main technical indicators:
Appearance: white powder
Effective content: ≥95 %
PH value: 9-12
Solubility: easily soluble in cold water
3. Feature:
1) It can completely dissolve the nitrogen-carbon bonds after cross-linking of PAE, PE and amine-epichlorohydrin resin at a certain temperature. Excellent degumming effect on any wet strength paper.
2) Adding this product will not destroy the strength of the fiber and will help maintain the physical properties of broken paper and waste paper.
4. Usage:
1) According to the amount of resin added to wet-strength paper, generally 5-10 kg per ton of waste paper. For special wet-strength paper, the amount is increased appropriately and sodium hydroxide can be added for assistance.
2) It can be added directly and evenly into the high-consistency pulper. For waste paper with average water resistance, it will take about 30 minutes. For waste paper with strong water resistance, the dosage and time can be increased appropriately.
3. Applicable temperature is about 80℃.
5. Precautions:
1) Prevent exposure to sunlight, heat, and contact with organic matter. Store in a cool, ventilated place, temperature should below 30°C.
2) Clean up the residue promptly and store it in an empty container with a lid when the packaging is broken or leaks.
3. Operation precautions: Do not contact skin and mucous membranes. If inadvertent contact occurs, rinse with clean water.
6. Packaging and storage:
1) Packaging: This product is packed in 25kg or 50kg bags.
2) Storage: Store separately in a cool and ventilated place.
3) Shelf life: 6 months.
