1. Product introduction:

JH-8502 retention and filtration aid has an excellent retention effect on fine fibers and fillers, improves paper evenness and paper physical properties, strengthens water filtration, reduces paper machine dehydration energy consumption, reduces white water concentration, increases raw material yield, and improves wet end retention rate, Reduce the cost of chemical auxiliary materials.

3. Scope of application:

This product is suitable for retention and filtration of various paper types. It can be used as a single polymer, double polymer or particulate retention agent. It can also be used as a flocculant to enhance the paper machine and white water recovery efficiency under a wide range of PH conditions. use.

 

4. Dissolving method:

1) When dissolving, the stirring speed is 30-50 rpm. When adding, it passes through a 60-mesh filter to prevent undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of the finished paper. When the water temperature is high in summer, it needs to be dissolved and stirred for about 1 hour. When the water temperature is low in winter, dissolve and stir for about 1.5 hours.

2) It is recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene or Tang porcelain glass materials as the dissolving tank and storage tank. Do not use iron, copper or aluminum and other materials as the storage tank and stirring equipment. Iron ions will degrade the polymer and reduce the retention effect.

 

5. Usage:

Suggested dosage: 100-300g/t paper.     

Recommended dilution concentration: 0.02-0.05%   

Dosing position: after pressure sieve or high level box to flow pulp box pipe.

6. Packaging and storage:

Packing: In 25kg moisture-proof bag.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place.

Suggested storage time after dilution: 1-2 days
