JH-8501 Emulsion Retention Aid

1. Product introduction:

JH-8501 papermaking retention aid is a quaternary ammonium salt cationic copolymer organic polymer compound produced by introducing advanced foreign technology and using imported raw materials. This product has the following characteristics: the effective concentration is high and 10-15 times higher than other liquid retention aids, good fluidity, easy to dissolve and strong adaptability. It is widely used in various types of paper produced by various pulps.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: milky white liquid

Solid content: 38%±1%.  

PH value: 3-6

Specific gravity: 1.17-1.21           

Viscosity: ≥50mPa.s (25℃)

3. Feature:

1) Significantly improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduce pulp consumption.

2) Significantly reduce the concentration of white water under the net, reduce the loss of fine fibers and fillers and reduce the white water pollution load.

3) Improve water filtration, increase wet strength and help to improve the speed of paper machine, increase production.

4) It does not have any irritating odor and still has good fluidity at lower temperatures.

4. Usage:

1) Dosage: 0.2-0.8kg/ton paper (adjusts the dosage according to different raw materials and process requirements).

2) Fill the dilution tank with water, turn on the mixing and slowly add the additives, according to each cubic meter of water to add 2-5 kilograms of retention aid mixed evenly.

3) Stir for more than 30 minutes, and then add it into the paper-making system continuously through the flow pump and filter.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packing: packed in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, or according to customers' requirements;

2) Storage: stored in cool and ventilated place;

3) Shelf life: 3 months.

6. Precautions:

The product should be shaken before dilution to make it mixed evenly, and the storage time after dilution should less than 2 days.
