1. Product introduction:

SH-Q509 series charge regulator is a new type of charge regulator developed by our company in cooperation with foreign professional scientific research institutions to address problems such as the accumulation of a large amount of anionic waste in the wet end system of the closed-circulation papermaking white water system, which affects paper quality and produces paper defects. , this product appears as a colorless to light yellow viscous liquid, is easily soluble in water, has good stability, is safe and non-toxic. After being added, it will combine with the anionic garbage and fine materials in the pulp, neutralize the dissolved organic matter, neutralize the negative charge on the surface of the fine fibers with high charge density, balance the wet end potential, reduce the interference of anionic impurities, and promote the fine fiber and Retention of wet end chemical additives (such as sizing agents, dyes, enhancers), etc. It can also improve the one-way retention rate and water filtration rate of the paper stock, improve the operating performance of the paper machine, extend the service life of the felt, reduce the amount of steam used for drying, and increase the speed and output of the machine.

3. Feature:

4. Usage:

1. Adding point: Select one or more points in front of the thick white pool, broken pulp pool, front pool or pulp pump.

2. Adding amount: Based on the degree of white water sealing, the ratio of mechanical pulp, the amount of recycled paper and the cation demand of the wet end system, the most appropriate addition is determined in the range of 0.05-0.2% (relative to tons of absolutely dry pulp) quantity.

5. Packaging and storage

Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums; it can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
