JHM-D666 Beating enzyme

1. Product introduction:

JHM-D666 beating enzyme is a highly efficient enzyme preparation composed of multiple enzyme preparations, which can achieve sufficient water absorption and swelling, spinning and softening of fibers. During the beating process, it is easier to remove the outer layers of primary and secondary cell walls, improving the appearance and strength indicators of the paper.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: light brown liquid

Solubility: easily soluble in water

PH value: 4.0-6.5

Density: 1.0-1.3g/ml

3.  Feature:

3.1 Reduce energy consumption in the grinding section by more than 10%.

3.2 Reduce the amount of long fiber pulp by 5-15%.

3.3 Extend the service life of grinding knives, save costs, and increase pulp production.

3.4  Improve the strength of the finished paper: After the fiber is separated and broomed, it becomes a multi-point connection between the fibers, and the strength indicators such as loose thickness, tensile index, and tear index of the finished paper are all improved to a certain extent.

3.5 Improving comprehensive benefits: Long term use can improve the cleanliness of the conveying system and reduce the cleaning frequency of the formed mesh and blanket.

4. Usage:

Pulp concentration: 2-10%

Enzyme dosage: 50-200ml/t pulp

PH value: 6.0-9.0,

Suitable temperature: 30-65 ℃

5. Precautions:

5.1 This product can be added to a position with a residence time of about 20-60 minutes before the beating section.

5.2  During use, control the temperature and pH to maintain within an appropriate range, otherwise the enzyme activity will be significantly reduced.

5.3 Avoid unnecessary contact between the skin and the product, and wash hands with warm water after use.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: Packed in 25kg plastic barrels, customizable according to customer needs;

Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, the activity will not decrease by 10% within six months of storage at 5-20 ℃; The product cannot be frozen.
