JHM-L661 papermaking filtration water enzyme can selectively treat, decompose water-soluble colloidal substances, promote fiber bonding, and is suitable for various packaging papers, special papers, and other papers made from secondary fiber raw materials.

Appearance: light brown liquid

Solubility: easily soluble in water

PH value: 4.0-6.5

Density: 1.0-1.3g/ml

 

3. Usage:

Enzyme dosage: 100-400ml/t Absolute dry pulp

PH value: 5.0-8.0

Temperature: 30-60 ℃

Reaction time: More than 30 minutes.

 

4. Feature:

4.1  Improve the water filtration performance of the mesh, increase the vehicle speed by 2-10%, and reduce the moisture content of the wet paper page.

4.2 Reduce steam energy consumption of the drying cylinder by 2-5%.

5.2  Strong oxidizing chemicals and heavy metal ions can lead to the loss of enzyme activity;

5.3 Try to avoid unnecessary contact with the product and wash hands with clean water after use.

 

6. Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 20kg standard plastic drum packaging can also be determined according to user requirements;

Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, with no 10% reduction in activity after six months of storage at 5-20 ℃; The product cannot be frozen.
