1. Feature and purpose:

This product is a composite enzyme product composed of various ester enzymes, dispersants, stabilizers, and penetrating agents in a certain proportion. Ester enzymes can break and break the ester bonds contained in secondary fiber adhesives, reducing their viscosity and decomposing them into small adhesives, making it difficult to re aggregate in the system. Then remove it through equipment removal, drying cylinder scraper, dry mesh cleaning, and other forms.

Solubility: easily soluble in water

PH value: 3-7

Density: 1.0-1.3g/cm3

 

3. Usage :

Enzyme dosage: 100-500ml/t,

Slurry action time: ≥ 60 minutes

PH value: 5.0-9.0,

Suitable temperature: 25-70 ℃

Addition points: discharge tank after crushing, coarse screening, slurry forming tank, etc. The specific addition points are determined based on the actual vehicle speed and slurry storage capacity.

 

4. Precautions:

4.1 The specific dosage is determined based on the slurry composition, processing temperature, pH value, and reaction time.

4.2 The content of residual oxidizing chemicals in the working environment should be kept as low as possible to prevent enzyme inactivation.

4.3 Try to avoid unnecessary contact with the product and wash hands with clean water after use.

 

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: Standard 20 kg plastic drum packaging is used, which can be packaged according to user requirements;

Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place,

Shelf life: Within six months of storage at 5-20 ℃, the activity decreases by less than 10%; The product cannot be frozen.
