JH-901B Pulping defoamer

1. Features:

1) Composed of polysiloxane, foam suppressor, emulsifier and stabilizer;

2) The product has good anti-foaming performance and good alkali resistance;

3) Easily dispersed in water;

Appearance: white to light yellow milky liquid    PH value: 6～8

Solid content: 30%±2%                       Viscosity: 100~3000mPa.s (25℃)

3. Scope of application:

1) Papermaking pulp washing black liquor

2) Oilfield drilling

3) Industrial cleaning and industrial sewage treatment

4) Other aqueous systems requiring long foam suppression time and high alkalinity

4. Usage:

The addition amount of defoamer is 10-100ppm. The optimal addition amount is determined by the customer based on the specific situation. It can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution; if it needs to be diluted, follow the dilution method provided by the technical staff. Do not dilute it directly with water, otherwise it is easy to cause stratification and demulsification, which will affect the product quality.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct heat, and should be stored in a dry environment of 5-30 °C.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.

4) Note: If this product is placed in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low for a long time, slight physical changes such as stratification and thickening will occur. It should be stirred evenly before use to not affect its effect.
