1. Feature:

1) It is a spherical granular defoaming agent refined from dimethyl silicone oil, carrier and various compounding agents;

3. Scope of application:

1. Add detergent powder to oilfield cement;

2. Cement mortar;

3. Other industries and fields that require long foam suppression time;

4. Defoaming of other aqueous systems.

4. Usage:

It has excellent defoaming and foam-suppressing properties. It can be added after foam is generated or added to the product as a foam-suppressing component. According to different usage systems, the dosage can be 10 to 100 ppm. The optimal amount can be tested by the customer according to the specific situation.

When used in washing powder, it is mixed with other additives into the washing powder when the washing powder is formed and discharged, or the customer mixes it with the washing powder according to their own requirements. The recommended addition amount in washing powder is 0.5% to 1%, and the optimal addition amount is determined by the customer based on specific conditions. Our company does not assume any direct or related liability or loss arising from incorrect processing or use of products.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) This product is packed in 50Kg or 200Kg plastic drums or IBC tank. If you have special requirements, we can negotiate and customize them.

2) The storage temperature is 0-30°C. Do not place it near a heat source or expose it to the sun. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. If there is stratification after being left for a long time, stir it evenly. Generally, the effect will not be affected. This product will freeze below 0℃. If it freezes, it will be thawed and stirred before use without affecting the effect.

3) Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
