Coating dispersant

1. Product introduction:

This product is sodium polyacrylate dispersant. It is characterized by a wide range of applications, good heat resistance, mutual solubility, stable viscosity, good gloss retention, less foam, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and no special odor. It is used as a pigment dispersant in papermaking coatings. 

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Solid content: 40%±2%

PH: 6-9

Viscosity: ≤500mPa.s (25℃)

Solubility: Easily soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ether, benzene and other organic solvents.

3. Scope of application:

3.1 Reduce the viscosity of paint preparation and increase the solid content of paint.

3.2 After the pigment is dispersed, the dispersion is stable without layering or sticking back.

3.3 Improve the dispersion rate of paint and save time and power consumption.

3.4 It has excellent stability and good compatibility with other chemicals.

4. Usage:

4.1 Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.3% of the absolute dry weight of the pigment.

4.2 The pH value needs to be controlled stably after dispersion.

5. Packaging and storage:

Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1200kg plastic drums;

Storage: at room temperature (4-30℃ indoors in a cool place);

Shelf life: 6 months.
