1. Feature:

1) Composed of polysiloxane, dispersant and stabilizer;

2) Good compatibility with the foaming medium, fast defoaming speed, and excellent anti-foaming performance;

3) Easily dispersed in water.

 

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: white emulsion

pH value: 6~8

Solid content: 30%±2    

Viscosity: 100~2000mPa.s (25℃)

Diluent: 2.5%~3% polyacrylic acid thickening water

 

3. Scope of application:

1) High temperature dyeing;

2) Add defoamer to detergents and washing products;

3) Other aqueous systems requiring fast defoaming.

 

4. Usage:

It has excellent defoaming and foam-suppressing properties. They can be added after foam is generated or added to the product as a foam-suppressing component. The dosage can be 10-100ppm. The optimal amount can be tested by the customer according to the specific situation. Decide. it can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is needed, follow the dilution method provided by the technical staff. Do not dilute directly with water, otherwise delamination, demulsification, etc. may easily occur, thus affecting product quality. Our company is not responsible for the consequences of direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.

 

5. Packaging and storage:

1) This product is packed in 50Kg or 200Kg plastic barrels or IBC tank. If you have special requirements, we can negotiate and customize them.

2) The storage temperature is 0-30°C. Do not place it near a heat source or expose it to the sun. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. If there is stratification after being left for a long time, stir it evenly. Generally, the effect will not be affected. This product will freeze below 0℃. If it freezes, it will be thawed and stirred before use without affecting the effect.

3) Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
