1.Product introduction

This product is formulated using a blend of various cationic materials, capable of fully replacing surface and internal liquid sizing agents. It is easy and convenient to use, enhancing the surface strength of paper products and boasting excellent water resistance. It emits no odor and remains moisture-proof. This product is suitable for high-strength corrugated paper, containerboard, and other similar applications.

3.Performance characteristics

1) Significantly improve the water resistance of paper, eliminate odor, prevent moisture regain, reduce starch usage, and lower production costs.

2) Partially or fully replace the use of liquid sizing agents, and exhibit excellent mechanical stability.

4.Use method

Dissolve it uniformly at the same concentration as the sizing starch, and add it to the starch glue solution tank after the starch has been gelatinized, or boil it with the starch using a suitable viscosity reducer. Add it at a ratio of 10%-25% of the starch amount, and adjust the actual addition amount according to the paper's required specifications.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 25kg, 50kg, and 1000kg woven plastic bags;

Storage: Store in a cool place, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight and humid environments.

Storage period: 6 months.
