AKD WAX POWDER (ALKYL KETONE DIMER)

1.Product Introduction

This product is a raw powder obtained through advanced processes such as acylation and dehydrochlorination of higher fatty acids.

2.Product Usage

It is mainly used for processing and manufacturing AKD neutral sizing agent lotion.

Appearance: light yellow waxy solid

Grade indicator: superior grade product

Iodine value (gI2/100g): ≥45.0

Acid value (mgKOH/g) ≤ 5.0

Melting point: ≥47°C

Effective component (%): ≥88

4.Packaging, transportation and storage

Packaging: Packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic, with a net weight of 25kg or as per customer requirements.  

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, with a temperature not exceeding 35℃. The bottom of the bag should be elevated by more than 10cm to avoid moisture and prevent fire. During transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain.

Shelf life: 12 months.
