1.Product Introduction

JH-GW400 dry net cleaning agent is an alkaline solvent composed of surfactants, chelating agents, and other raw materials, featuring excellent thermal stability and permeability. When diluting with water during machine downtime for maintenance, it can effectively remove resin-type dirt and other contaminants adhering to the dry net.

3.Performance Characteristics

1) It can effectively remove the deposits on the surface of the paper machine's dryer wire, improving the breathability of the dryer wire.

2) Significantly reduce paper defects such as "broken ends" and "holes" caused by viscous deposits in the drying/pressing section, stabilizing paper quality.

3) Increase the dryness of the paper sheet and reduce the drying load.

4) Keep the drying section of the paper machine clean to extend the service life of the paper machine's dryer wire.

4.Usage instructions and precautions

Dilute the JH-GW400 dry net cleaning agent well. After stopping the machine, use a high-pressure spray hose to evenly spray the JH-GW400 dry net cleaning agent onto the dry net. After the reaction is complete, rinse the decomposed dirt and liquid medicine with clean water. Using warm water for cleaning will yield better results.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 6 months.
