JH-MB200 WOOLEN CLEANING AGENT

1.Product Introduction

JH-MB200 felt cleaner is composed of organic acids and chelating agents. It can inhibit the extensive diffusion and deposition of metal ions on the felt, forming a protective film. It effectively prevents the adhesion and deposition of slurry, sediment, and pollutants on the felt, maintaining its breathability, thus achieving the effect of felt cleaning.

3.Performance Characteristics

1) It is easy to use, facilitates automatic control, has low cost, and poses no damage to the contact surface or any medium,

2) Prevent the accumulation of pollutants on the felt cloth, and maintain its breathability and water permeability,

3) Extend the service life of the felt cloth and save production costs.

4.Usage Instructions and Precautions

Install a spray pipe at the appropriate location on the equipment, and use a metering pump to inject it into the mixer of the clean water pipeline. After the cleaning agent is fully mixed with the clean water, spray it uniformly in a fan shape onto the felt cloth.      

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 6 months.
