1.Product Introduction

This product can be tightly combined with various pulp fibers, with good cross-linking between fibers. It significantly improves the water resistance and moisture resistance of pulp molds and paper products. This product has the characteristics of fast maturation, good stability, long storage period, and excellent water resistance.

Widely applicable to various high-end pulp molds, one-time formed paper products, egg trays, special paper and other products with high water resistance requirements.

Appearance: Milky white to slightly yellow liquid

PH value: 2-5

Solid content: 20% ± 1%

Viscosity: ≤ 50mpa. s (25 ℃)

Dispersibility: Cold water easily disperses

3.Performance Characteristics

1) Significantly improve the high water resistance of molds and paper products, and enhance the quality of products after hot pressing.

2) Simplify the glue application process and copying performance, without any glue obstacles, and have a fast curing speed.

3) Wide adaptability, can be used in combination with other additives.

4) It has excellent stability and produces fewer bubbles during operation.

4.Usage method

This product is suitable for various types of pulp, with a recommended dosage of 8-20 kilograms. It is usually added at the mixing tank or pulp pump pipeline, and adding an appropriate amount of regulator during use can achieve better results.

5.Packaging storage

This product is packaged in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or according to customer requirements.

Store in a cool and shady place (4-30 ℃), do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight.

Storage period: 3 months.
