1.Product Introduction

JH-525 waterproofing agent is a food grade environmentally friendly product developed by our company's researchers. This product can be tightly combined with pulp fibers, with good film-forming properties between fibers. It significantly improves the strength, water resistance, and other indicators of paper molds and paper products. This product is widely applicable to various high-end pulp molds, one-time formed paper products, egg trays, special paper and other products with high water resistance requirements.

Appearance: Light brown to dark brown liquid

Solid content: 25% ± 1%

PH value: 3-6

Viscosity: ≤ 100mpa. s (25 ℃)

Ionic type: cationic

Dispersibility: Cold water easily disperses

3.Performance characteristics

1) Significantly improve the high water resistance and strength of molds and paper products, and enhance the quality of products after hot pressing.

4.Usage method

This product has a wide range of applications and is suitable for various types of bamboo pulp, wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, and waste paper pulp.

The usual dosage is 8-25 kilograms, and it is usually added intermittently in the slurry pool during use. 

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, or can be packaged according to customer requirements.

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place;

Storage period: 6 months.
