JH-631 MOISTURE-PROOF AGENT

1.Product Introduction

JH-631 is a reactive adhesive moisture-proof agent, which contains a large number of water-resistant groups in its molecules. When mixed with starch solution, it produces adsorption and bridging effects, forming a uniform and dense water-resistant film layer on the surface of the paper to prevent humid air from entering. It has good waterproof and moisture-proof effects, thereby maintaining stable paper ring compression strength. During the rainy season or in cold storage, paper and packaging boxes have good strength and are not easily deformed when stored for a long time.

Type A: Appearance: White Powder Type B: Appearance: White to Light Yellow Powder

PH value: 7-9 pH value: 3-6

(5% aqueous solution, dissolved at 85 ℃ and cooled to 25 ℃)

3.Usage method

1) Intermittent starch boiling: After adding water, starch, and moisture-proof agent to the gelatinization tank, add starch viscosity reducer and steam to heat up the boiling process.

2) The dosage of moisture-proof agent is 1-3 kg/ton of paper. When using the continuous cooking system, dissolve the moisture-proof agent in warm water and continuously add it to the starch dispersion tank and glue storage tank with a metering pump, stirring evenly.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packaged in 25kg woven bags or according to customer requirements.

Storage: It should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place, avoiding exposure to sunlight and moisture.

Shelf life: 6 months.

5.Safety and Protection

This product is a non hazardous material that comes into contact with the skin. Simply rinse it off with tap water. If accidentally dripped into the eyes, rinse with tap water and have a doctor check.
