JH-6056 STARCH SUBSTITUTE ENHANCER

1.Product Introduction

6056 is a water-soluble polymer powder with a molecular structure similar to starch. It can significantly improve paper strength and water resistance while replacing starch. It is easy to operate and does not require changes to the original process, greatly reducing production costs.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: White to light yellow powder, pH value: 3-7

3.Usage method

1) This product is widely applicable to high-strength corrugated paper, box board paper, cardboard and other paper types. While maintaining the same strength, it can replace 10-30% of the total amount of starch used.

2) Usage steps: Before heating up, add JH-6056 first, then add starch. After mixing evenly, heat up and boil, while keeping the glue boiling process unchanged.

4.Precautions

This product should be added appropriately during use, and mixed and dispersed evenly. It should be prepared as needed.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 25kg and 50kg woven bags, or can be packaged according to customer requirements;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid rain.

Storage period: 12 months.
