Workshop status: 110g of high strength corrugated base paper is produced, and the styrene acrylic surface sizing agent is used in a company in Dongguan. Starch dosage 41kg/t paper, surface sizing agent long-term dosage 2.95kg/t paper.

Inspection items: ring pressure index, water absorption value, constant temperature and humidity test.

Ii. Test process

On June 16, 2022, at 8 am, the JH-600 surface sizing agent was changed.

Due to the long-term use of the original sizing agent, the amount of paper per ton has been adjusted to a lower level, and the comparison of the amount of paper per ton of the original sizing agent and the index data in the previous 16 hours shall prevail.

In order to ensure the stability of product quality, JH-600 sizing agent was put into the test in the same quantity switching mode as the original product. After the index is stable for 4 hours, the adjustment is made. The dosage of sizing agent and paper index before and after the adjustment are calculated and compared separately.

After the index is stabilized, the dosage of JH-600 sizing agent and paper index are calculated and compared separately.
