JH-701 WATER-RESISTANT AGENT

1.Product introduction

JH-701 water resistance agent is characterized by high resin content, good stability, good water solubility, and convenient use. It is used on high-concentration doctor blade or air knife coating paper machines. This product can impart excellent wet strength, dry strength, and wet friction performance to copperplate paper, white board paper, and other papers. It can be widely used in the coatings of coated printing paper, white board paper, and container board. It has good crosslinking and compatibility with the glue solution and starch in the coating, without causing thickening, flocculation, and foaming issues. This makes the coating have good flow stability and chemical stability. It can also be used as a surface sizing agent for high-Dang paper and a dry and wet strength enhancer for paper sheets. It can be directly added to the material and easily dispersed in it, making it convenient to use. 

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid  Solid content: 40%±1, 50%±1

PH value: 6.0-9.0                        Viscosity: ≤ 100 mpa.s

3.Use method

1) Feeding position: paint mixer,

2) Adding method: Add directly to the preparation tank during the coating preparation process, and stir evenly,

3) Addition amount: 0.3-0.5% (based on the amount of pigment),

4) Precautions: Do not add too early to prevent premature reaction between the product and the coating adhesive, which may affect fluidity or cause flocculation.    

4.Packaging storage

This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage period: six months.
