COATING DISPERSANT

1.Product introduction

This product is a sodium polyacrylate-based dispersant. It is characterized by a wide range of applications, good heat resistance, miscibility, stable viscosity, good gloss retention, low foam, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and no special odor. It is used as a dispersant for various pigments in paper coatings.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: light yellow liquid  Solid content: ≥40%

PH: 6-9                      Viscosity: ≤500mPa.s (25℃)

3.Product use

1) Reduce the viscosity of the coating preparation and increase the coating content;

2) After the pigment is dispersed, the dispersion remains stable without stratification and does not stick back;

3) Improve the dispersion rate of the coating, saving time and electricity consumption;

4) It exhibits excellent stability and has good compatibility with other chemicals.

4.Usage method

1) Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.3% of the absolutely dry weight of the pigment.

2) The pH value needs to be stably controlled after dispersion.

5.Packaging storage and precautions

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1200kg plastic drums;

Storage: At room temperature (4-30℃, in a cool indoor place);

Storage period: 6 months.
