1.Product introduction

This product is a quaternary ammonium salt high molecular cationic copolymer produced using imported raw materials and advanced foreign technology. It is widely applicable to various types of paper produced from various pulp.


2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: milky white liquid

Solid content: 38%±2%

PH value: 3-6

Viscosity: ≥50mPa.s (25℃)


3.Performance characteristics

1) Significantly improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, and reduce pulp consumption.

2) Significantly reduce the concentration of white water offline, minimize the loss of fine fibers and fillers, and lower the pollution load of white water.

3) Improve water filtration and increase wet strength, which is conducive to increasing the speed of paper machines and boosting production.

4) It does not have any irritating odor and still maintains good fluidity at lower temperatures.


4.Use method

1) Dosage: 0.2-0.8 kg/ton of paper (adjust the dosage according to different raw materials and process requirements).

2) After filling the dilution tank with clean water, start the stirrer, gradually add the additive, and mix evenly according to the ratio of 2-5 kilograms of retention aid per cubic meter of water.

3) Stir for more than 30 minutes, and continuously add it to the papermaking system through a metering pump and a filter.


5.Packaging storage

It is packaged in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums, and can also be packaged according to customer requirements;

Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing;

Storage period: 6 months.
