1.Product introduction

This series of products has excellent retention effects on fine fibers and fillers, improving the uniformity and physical properties of the finished paper, enhancing drainage, reducing the energy consumption of paper machine dewatering, lowering the concentration of white water, increasing raw material yield, improving wet end retention, and reducing costs.

3.Scope of application // Main purpose

It is suitable for retention and drainage of various types of paper, and can be used as a single polymer, double polymer, or microparticle retention aid. It can also be used as a flocculant to enhance the efficiency of paper machines and white water recovery, and can be used under a wide range of pH conditions.


4.Dissolution method

1) During dissolution, the stirring speed should be 30-50 rpm. When adding, a 60-mesh filter should be used to prevent undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of the finished paper. In summer, when the water temperature is high, dissolution and stirring should be carried out for about 1 hour. In winter, when the water temperature is low, dissolution and stirring should be carried out for about 1.5 hours.

2) It is recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene, or tempered glass materials for dissolving and storage tanks, rather than iron, copper, or aluminum for storage tanks and mixing equipment. Iron ions can degrade polymers, reducing the retention effect.


5.Use method

Suggested dosage: 100-300g/t paper

Suggested dilution concentration: 0.02-0.05%

Suggested storage time after dilution: 1-2 days

Addition location: after the pressure screen or in the pipeline from the high-level tank to the headbox


6.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 25kg moisture-proof packaging bags.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
