1.Product characteristics and use

This product can be widely applied to high-speed paper machines for various types of paper, including high-strength corrugated paper, containerboard, cardboard, yarn tube paper, cultural paper, double-sided adhesive paper, lightweight paper, aluminum foil lining paper, and fruit bag paper.

Appearance: Milky white to slightly yellow liquid

PH value: 6-9

Viscosity: ≤30mpa.s (25℃)

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3.Performance Characteristics

1) Completely solve the problem of cylinder sticking during paper making, keep the system clean, and ensure that the paper sheets are free of oil stains, which can achieve good peeling, lubricating, and gloss-enhancing effects.

2) It can reduce the phenomena of paper breakage, fluffing, and powder falling, significantly improve the smoothness and glossiness of the paper without affecting its strength, enhance the quality of the finished paper, and provide good lubrication and protection for the drying cylinder wrinkling blade, extending the service life of the blade.

4.Usage method

1) Dilute this product with 10-100 times of clean water, and then spray it directly onto the surface of the drying cylinder using a high-pressure pump and a metering pump.

2) The typical dosage is 0.1-0.5kg per ton of oven-dry pulp, and may be adjusted based on the specific stripping conditions.

5.Packaging and storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: Keep in a cool place, avoid freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.

Storage period: 12 months.
