1.Product introduction

JH-8201 is a water-soluble release agent produced using imported silicone raw materials and emulsifiers through advanced homogenization technology. This product exhibits good fluidity and dispersibility, with low surface tension, high temperature resistance, and excellent chemical stability. It does not chemically react with or corrode any metal, does not contaminate the product surface, and imparts a glossy finish. It also features low spraying volume and low cost.

This product is widely used for demolding in various industries such as rubber tire products, pulp molding molds, cement product molds, plastic products, resin products, polyurethane products, die casting, and synthetic fiber spinning processes.


2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: milky white liquid

PH value: 6-9

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water


3.Usage and Dosage

Dilute this product with 5-50 times its volume of clean water before use. The specific dilution ratio should be determined based on the needs of different products after testing. This product is a water-based system and must be used alone. After dilution, spray or brush it evenly onto the clean mold surface at normal processing temperatures to ensure good demolding effect and smooth surface of the finished product. Then, pour the raw material into the mold.


4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in plastic drums of 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg,

Store in a cool place, keep at temperatures between 0-30℃, and protect from direct sunlight and freezing,

Storage period: 12 months.
