Appearance: White milky liquid

PH value: 6-8

Solid content: 30% ± 2%

Viscosity: 100-2000mPa. s (25 ℃)

Diluent: 2.5% to 3% polyacrylic acid thickening water

3.Application Area

1) High temperature dyeing;

2) Add defoamers to cleaning agents and cleaning products;

3) Other aqueous systems that require fast defoaming.

4.Usage method

Defoamer has excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the production of foam or added into the product as a foam inhibiting component. The amount of defoamer can be 10-100ppm. The best amount of zui is determined by the customer according to the specific situation. Defoamer products can be used directly or diluted before use. If it can be thoroughly stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. If dilution is required, follow the dilution method provided by the technical personnel. Do not directly dilute with water, otherwise it is easy to cause layering, emulsification and other phenomena, which will affect the product quality. The company shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.

5.Packaging storage

This product is packaged in 50kg or 200kg plastic drums or ton drums. If there are special requirements, customization can be negotiated. Storage temperature: 0-30 ℃. Do not place near heat sources or expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt or other substances to this product. When not in use, seal the container to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. If there is layering after prolonged storage, stir evenly and it generally does not affect the effectiveness of use. This product will freeze below 0 ℃. If it freezes, it should be melted and stirred before use, and the effect will not be affected.

Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
