1.Product Introduction

JH-7303 cylinder adhesive is a polymer with medium to high viscosity, which can form a strong protective coating when in contact with the surface of the dryer, effectively controlling viscosity and achieving uniform wrinkling.

This product is suitable for most types of pulp and can quickly form a uniform, soft, and fluffy coating on the surface of the dryer. Under the action of the soft coating, the paper web is tightly attached to the surface of the dryer, which can improve the heat transfer between the dryer and the paper web. Therefore, it can improve the uneven adhesion caused by drying ability and obtain moderate adhesion. Due to its protective properties, it has the effect of protecting the dryer and extending the life of the scraper The coating formed by using adhesive and stripping agents is easy to control, and the coating thickness, elongation, strength, and other process parameters can be adjusted by changing their dosage to ensure the maximum possible improvement of paper quality.

3.Packaging storage

This product is packaged in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;

Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight exposure;

Storage period: 12 months.
