JH-613 Carboxybenzene Butadiene Emulsion

1.Product introduction:

JH-613 carboxybenzene butadiene emulsion is used in the full range of latexes required in the paper and cardboard coating industry. It is suitable for top and bottom coating and bonding of decorative raw paper, abrasion-resistant paper, medium-grade and high-grade coated cardboard, coated whiteboard, cardboard, and boxboard. Carboxybenzene butadiene emulsion can improve the performance and quality of paper and cardboard while improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost.

2.Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Milky white liquid        

Solid content: 48%±2

PH value: 6.0-8.0       

Relative density (water=1): 0.95±0.02

Solubility: miscible with water in any proportion.

3.Feature:

1. Excellent cohesive strength and bonding strength

2. Good water resistance, solvent resistance

3. Excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance

4. Good batch stability

5. Good flexibility after film formation at various temperatures (Tg-45℃～50℃)

6. Very low concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOC)

4.Usage:

This product can be added directly to the paint preparation tank to add, and no conflict with the addition of other raw materials.

5.Packaging and storage:

1) Packing: packed in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: cool and ventilated indoor storage.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.

Solubility: can be miscible with water in any proportion.
