1. Product introduction:

This product is a strong cationic electrolyte, safe and non-toxic, easily soluble in water, non-flammable, strong cohesion, stable in hydrolysis, non-gelling, insensitive to pH changes, and chlorine resistant. The freezing point is about -2.8℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm³, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300℃. This product has medium molecular weight, high charge density, and has certain compatibility with other nonionic and cationic surfactants. It does not contain formaldehyde, can form a film on fabrics, has strong color-fixing ability, can improve dyeing fastness, and make fabrics brightly colored.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: colorless to light yellow viscous liquid

Solid content: 40%±1%

PH: 5.0-7.0

Viscosity: 5000-12000mpa.s (25℃)

3. Feature:

It is used to fix the color of reactive dyes and direct dyes or to fix the color of printed fabrics. It is especially suitable for the color fixing of natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. It is non-toxic, tasteless, safe and environmentally friendly.

4. Usage:

Conduct a small test before using the machine to determine the method and dosage.

Reference process and dosage:

Absorption method: adjust the pH value to 4-5 and treat at 55-60°C for 15 minutes

Light color 0.3-0.5% (O.W.F) drying

Medium color 0.5-1.0% (O.W.F) drying

Dark color 1.0-2.0% (O.W.F) tumble dry

Dip dyeing method:

Light color 2.5-5.0g/L

Medium color 5.0-10g/L

Dark color 10-20g/L

5. Packaging and storage:

Packaging: Packed in 50kg or 1000kg plastic barrels;

Storage: Store in a cool place;

Shelf life: 12 months.

Note: Avoid contact with oxidants and can be transported as non-dangerous goods.
