1. Product introduction:

This product is a strong cationic quaternary ammonium salt type polymer color removal flocculant, which is easily soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, and has good hydrolysis stability. It is not sensitive to pH changes and has chlorine resistance. The freezing point is about -2.8 ℃, and the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm ³, Decomposition temperature 280-300 ℃. This product not only has excellent decolorization effect on hydrophobic dispersed dyes, but also has excellent decolorization effect on hydrophilic dyes. The dosage is small, the decolorization is obvious, the settling speed is fast, the treatment solution has high clarity, and it also reduces the COD component, improving the COD removal rate.

Solid content: 40% ± 1%

3. Scope of application:

The industrial wastewater discharged from dyeing and paper mills has a deep color, and it is necessary to treat colored wastewater from an environmental perspective. This product combines color removal, flocculation, and degradation of COD components, with good comprehensive effect and low cost for color removal.

 

4. Usage:

The sequence of procedures depends on the processing technology and testing

4.1 Wastewater pretreatment: adjusting the pH value to neutral with hydrated lime

4.2 Solution preparation

① Start the inorganic flocculant preparation kettle and stir, slowly pour polyaluminum chloride into the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 5% polyaluminum chloride solution.

② Start the organic flocculant configuration kettle and stir, slowly add wastewater decolorizer to the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 3% decolorizer solution.

4.3 Bleaching treatment (water temperature between 15 and 30 ℃)

① Start the sewage treatment tank and stir at high speed, while adding 5-15kg of the aforementioned polyaluminum chloride solution.

② Reduce the stirring speed and add 2-10kg of the above-mentioned decolorizing agent solution while stirring.

③ Slowly stir for a period of time

4.4 Standing a while

 

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: Use 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums for packaging to avoid contact with oxidants.

Storage: Store in a cool place;

Validity period: 1 year, can be transported as non hazardous goods.
