JH-1518 CATIONIC ROSIN ADHESIVE

1.Product introduction

JH-1518 is produced using high-quality rosin resin and emulsifier, utilizing advanced high-pressure homogenization technology. It features small particle size, good stability, and can self-adhere to the pulp, imparting water resistance to the paper. It has low dependence on aluminum sulfate, requires less sizing agent, and results in durable paper with high strength. There are no sizing obstacles in summer, improving the operational stability of the paper machine.

3.Use method

This product can be used directly or diluted with water by a factor of 3-5. It is recommended to add it before the slurry pump, using a metering pump for continuous addition. The recommended addition amount is 0.3%-3%. Retention agents such as aluminum sulfate can be added at the same location or in the mixing tank or paper machine pulp pool. The suitable system pH value should be controlled between 5-6.5.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight;

Storage period: 6 months.
