1.Product introduction

This product is a water-soluble polyoxyethylene wax organic lubricant, featuring low viscosity and excellent lubricating performance. When applied to latex coatings, it can enhance the application performance of the coatings and improve the performance of paper coatings.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid

Solid content: 25%±1

Viscosity (25℃): ≤300mpa.s

PH value: 7-10

3.Product Features

1) Improve the flowability and leveling properties of the paint, ensuring a smooth and even coating;

2) After the coating dries, it can prevent cracking, improve appearance quality and printing performance, and enhance glossiness, smoothness, and give the paper a smooth feel;

3) It has minimal impact on the viscosity of most coatings, thereby reducing the load on equipment, minimizing wear on the coating knife, and extending the service life of the scraper.

4.Usage method

The recommended dosage of this product is 0.2-0.5 parts, and it can be added during the coating preparation process.

5.Packaging storage

Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Exposure to direct sunlight and freezing are strictly prohibited. Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 6 months.
