1.Product Introduction

JHWB-1320 is a high molecular weight cationic copolymer lotion with high molecular weight and good flow dispersibility. It can quickly combine and adsorb with sludge pulp. After reaction, the cationic floccules quickly fill the gaps between coarse fibers, enhancing the mixing and matching of sludge and pulp. This allows the sludge to be evenly filled into the pulp, significantly improving the uniformity of the paper sheet, significantly enhancing the drainage performance, reducing the concentration of white water, extending the service life of the felt, improving production efficiency, and reducing the environmental pressure of sewage treatment.

This product is widely applicable to corrugated paper, containerboard, kraft linerboard, and other paper types.

Viscosity: <1000 mPa·s (at 25℃)

3.Performance Characteristics

1) Significantly improve the retention rate of sludge, fine fibers, and fillers, reducing costs.

4.Usage method

1) Method of addition: Dilute with a metering pump online and continuously add it after the sludge addition pump. The initial dosage is 0.2-0.8kg/T of paper, which can be gradually adjusted according to changes in sludge concentration and indicators.

2) Location of sludge addition: at the inlet of the pre-screening slurry pool or pre-screening pump.

3) Range of sludge addition: 10-50kg/T paper.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: The product should be stored at a temperature between 4-30℃. It is recommended to use it up within 3-5 days after opening the lid.

Storage period: 6 months.
