1.Performance characteristics

This product can be widely applied to various types of paper and possesses the following advantages:

1) Completely solve the problem of cylinder sticking during paper making, keep the system clean, ensure the paper sheet is free of oil stains, and achieve good peeling, lubricating, and gloss-enhancing effects;

2) It can reduce the phenomena of paper breakage, fluffing, and powder falling, significantly improve the smoothness and glossiness of the paper without affecting its strength, provide good lubrication and protection for the drying cylinder wrinkling blade, and extend the service life of the blade;

3) Low dosage, simple operation, suitable for various types of paper machines.

Viscosity: ≤300mpa.s (25℃)

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3.Use method

1) Dilute this product with 30-100 times of clean water, and then spray it directly onto the surface of the drying cylinder using a high-pressure pump. Alternatively, you can apply it evenly to the surface of the drying cylinder using a metering roller;

2) The typical dosage is 0.2-1.0kg per ton of oven-dry pulp, and it can be adjusted based on the specific stripping conditions.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Keep in a cool place, avoid freezing and exposure to direct sunlight;

Storage period: 12 months.
