JHD-340 HIGH-EFFICIENCY WATER REPELLENT

1.Product Introduction

The main component of JHD-340 high-efficiency water repellent is a mixture of n-alkanes, which is a water-soluble compound made by reacting paraffin with various high molecular polymers. It has good water solubility and stability, and is used for surface coating of special paper. It has good bonding and cross-linking effects with fibers. It can significantly improve the waterproof performance of paper, creating a lotus leaf effect on the surface of the paper. The paper has high temperature resistance, good breathability, strong weather resistance, and has water splashing and rolling effects.

3.Usage method

After diluting this product with water by 1-5 times, apply surface glue (heating the product to around 55 ℃ for better results), and obtain excellent waterproof effect after drying in a dryer. The dosage depends on the waterproof effect requirements of the paper. Taking fruit bag paper as an example, the reference addition amount is 50-80 kg/t paper. Please filter with an 80-100 mesh net before use to prevent paper disease.

4.Packaging storage

1) This product is packaged in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or according to customer requirements.

2) This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight exposure.

3) Shelf life is 3 months.
