2.Performance characteristics

1) Excellent whitening effect, high sun and wash fastness.

2) Good alkali resistance, peroxide resistance, suitable for oxygen bleaching and whitening method, it is a new product to replace VBL.

3) It can be mixed with water in any proportion, without dust pollution, and has high cost-effectiveness.

3.Scope of application

1) Suitable for whitening pure cotton, polyester cotton fabrics, and paper.

2) Cellulose fiber fabric discharge printing whitening can increase the whiteness of discharge printing.

3) Light colored cellulose fiber fabrics can enhance their color and brightness when used as brightening agents for light colored cotton fabrics.

4) Making white fabric whitening agents can make the colors bright, white and beautiful, and enhance the color contrast.

4.Usage method

1) Immersion whitening: dosage 0.1-0.2% (o.w. f), anhydrous sodium sulfate 5-20g/L, bath ratio 1:5-1:40, pH 7-9, temperature 20-40 ℃, time 20-30 minutes, drying temperature 70-80 ℃ is suitable.

2) Roll dyeing and whitening: dosage 0.5-3 g/L, penetrant 0.25-0.5 g/L, pH 7-9, immersion rolling and drying.

3) Whitening and sizing: Bleached fabrics or deep base cotton fabrics can be whitened by adding fluorescent whitening agents at a concentration of about 1-2 grams per liter during the finishing process, followed by immersion rolling, drying, and calendering.  

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, and 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: This product is suitable for dark storage at 5 ℃ -40 ℃.

Storage period: 12 months.
