1.Product Introduction

This product is a strong cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer color removing flocculant, which is easily soluble in water, environmentally friendly, free of Du, has good hydrolysis stability, is insensitive to changes in pH value, and has chlorine resistance. The solidification point is about -2.8 ℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04gcm ³, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300 ℃. This product not only has good color removal effect on hydrophobic dispersed dyes, but also on hydrophilic dyes. It has a small dosage, obvious color removal, fast settling speed, high clarity of the treatment solution, and also reduces COD components, improving COD removal rate.

3.Product use

The industrial wastewater discharged from the dyeing and papermaking plant has a dark color, and it is necessary to treat the colored wastewater from an environmental perspective. This product combines color removal, flocculation, and COD degradation components, with good comprehensive color removal effect and low cost.

4.Usage method

The sequence of programs depends on the processing technology and experiments

1) Wastewater pretreatment: Adjust pH neutral with hydrated lime

2) Solution configuration

① Start the inorganic flocculant preparation kettle and stir, slowly add polyaluminum chloride into the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 5% polyaluminum chloride solution.

② Start the organic flocculant preparation kettle and stir. Slowly add the wastewater decolorizer to the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 3% decolorizer solution.

3) Decolorization treatment (water temperature between 15-30 ℃)

① Start stirring the sewage treatment tank at high speed and add 5-15kg of the above-mentioned polyaluminum chloride solution while stirring.

② Reduce the stirring speed and add 2-10kg of the decolorizing agent solution while stirring.

③ Slowly stir for a period of time

4) Let it stand still

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums to avoid contact with oxidants.

Storage: Store in a cool and shady place;

Validity period: 1 year, can be transported as non dangerous goods.
