1.Product Introduction

JHL-8016 Anionic Waste Catcher is a quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymer that can effectively combine with anionic waste and fine materials in pulp, neutralize dissolved organic matter and negative charges on the surface of fine fibers with high charge density, balance wet end charges, completely solve the interference of anionic impurities, promote the retention of fillers, fine fibers and wet end chemical additives, improve the operating performance of paper machines, extend the service life of nets and blankets, reduce the steam consumption of drying cylinders, and increase vehicle speed and output. This product is widely used in various types of paper such as corrugated paper, box board paper, coated paper, news paper, writing paper, etc.

4.Usage method

1) Dosage: 0.2-1kg/ton dry pulp.

2) Dilute with 10-100 times clean water before use, and the appropriate addition point can be chosen in the pulp loss tank, pre pulp tank, or before the flushing pump. The amount added should be determined based on the ratio of mechanical pulp, the amount of paper lost during coating, and the cation demand of the wet end system.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool place, seal and avoid contact with strong oxidants;

Shelf life: 6 months.
