JH-701B Potassium Zirconium Carbonate Water Resistant Agent

1, Product introduction:

JH-701B is potassium zirconium carbonate type water resistant agent. It is a new type of printing adaptability improver. It can significantly improve the water resistance, gloss, inkability and anti-blistering properties of the coated paper. At the same time, it can improve the reproducibility of dots during printing and improves the printing effect. It is especially suitable for the production of high-end white cardboard, coated paper, whiteboard paper and carbonless paper (CF, CB) with higher water resistance requirements. It is an environmentally friendly product.

2, Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: ≥30%              

PH value: 7-10

Viscosity : ≤100 mPa.s (25℃)

3, Feature:

1) Rapid curing, water-resistant immediately after machine removal, high cross-linking properties, and good water- resistance of the coating.

2) No formaldehyde, the formaldehyde emission of the paper is zero. It can be used for food packaging paper which is beneficial to environmental protection and operating environment.

3) Ink absorption, gloss and surface strength are significantly improved, improving paper printing performance.

4) Low viscosity and low foaming are beneficial to stable coating performance.

4, Usage:

1) The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.8% of the absolute dry pigment, or 5-10% of the total amount of adhesive.

2) During the addition process, be careful to avoid simultaneous mixing with anionic substances.

3) Applicable to coating formulations in various pH ranges, it is recommended to be added after the adhesive.

5, Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: 200Kg or 1000Kg plastic drum.

2) Storage : at room temperature (4-30℃ indoors in a cool place).

3) Shelf life: 6 months
