1. Scope of application:

This product can be widely used in writing paper, double-glued paper, tissue paper, light paper, aluminum platinum liner paper, corrugated raw paper, boxboard, fruit bag paper and other kinds of paper.

Appearance: milky white or light yellow liquid

Active content: ≥95%.

PH value: 6-9

Viscosity: ≤30mpa.s (25℃)

Solubility: soluble in cold water

3. Feature:

1) Completely solve the sticky cylinder problem in copying, keep the system clean, no oil spot on the paper, can play a good stripping, lubrication, brightening effect.

2) Reduce paper breakage, hair loss, powder phenomenon, a substantial increase in the smoothness of paper, gloss, does not affect the strength of the paper, the quality of paper, and the drying cylinder wrinkle scraper has a good lubrication and protection, to extend the service life of the scraper.

3) Less dosage, simple operation, cost-effective than imported products.

4. Usage:

1) injected into the dilution tank with a metering pump, 10-20 times the proportion of water dilution, diluted with a high-pressure pump spray directly on the surface of the drying cylinder can be.

2) the dosage is generally 0.1-0.5kg/ton of absolute dry pulp. It can also be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the specific stripping conditions.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packing: packed in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum.

2) Storage: Store in a cool place, avoid freezing and exposure to the sun.

3) Shelf life: 12 months.
