1. Product introduction:

This product is a raw powder made from advanced fatty acids through acylation, dehydrochlorination and other advanced processes.

2. Usage:

Mainly used for processing and making AKD neutral sizing agent emulsion.

3. Feature:

Appearance: light yellow waxy solid

Grade index: superior grade

Iodine value: ≥45.0 (gI2/100g)

Acid value: ≤5.0 (mgKOH/g)

Melting point: ≥47℃

Active ingredient: ≥88%

4. Packaging and storage

Packaging: Packed in plastic lined plastic bags, net weight 25kg or according to user requirements.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, the temperature should not exceed 35℃. The bottom of the bag should be padded at least 10cm high to avoid moisture and pay attention to fire prevention. Avoid sunlight and rain during transportation.

Shelf life: 12 months.
