JH-TB530 polymer sheet surface sizing agent is a new type of sheet and paper product developed by our company's scientific researchers for humid climate areas and high-grade paper requirements. This product can effectively combine with starch, giving starch coating good crosslinking strength, hydrophobic properties and anti-moisture effect, and has little dependence on aluminum sulfate. It has the characteristics of less dosage, low cost, good effect and convenient use. This product is widely used in corrugated box board paper, white board paper, cow cardboard paper and other paper.

1. Significantly improve the high water resistance and ring compression strength of corrugated paper, box board paper and other papers.

2 Completely replace the use of internal sizing agent without ripening period, not easy to return to moisture.

3. Can be used with raw starch, small dependence on aluminum sulfate, reduce sizing cost.

4. It has excellent mechanical stability and less bubbles during operation.

1. Dosage :0.5-3kg/ ton paper.

2. When using, when the gelatinized starch solution is cooled below 75℃, the product stock solution is slowly added into the mixing tank under the stirring state, and then the machine can be used for sizing; Or use a dosing pump to continuously add starch before sizing machine.
