1. Product Introduction:

Our company's SA2600 is polymerized with various emulsifiers, cationic monomers, and cross-linking synergists, which has a dual effect of strengthening and high water resistance, reducing hair and powder loss, and replacing internal sizing agents, This product can significantly reduce costs and clean the system. It is suitable for high-end cultural paper, packaging paper, special paper, etc. produced from wood pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, and waste pulp.

3. Feature:

3.1 Significantly improve the surface strength and high water resistance of paper.

3.2 It can replace 30% -50% or completely replace the internal sizing agent, reduce production costs, simplify the sizing process, clean the system, extend the service life and cleaning cycle of woolen cloth and formed mesh.

4. Usage:

4.1 Recommended dosage: 3-6kg/ton of paper.

4.2 When using, cool the gelatinized starch glue solution to below 65 ℃, add the original solution of this product to the starch glue solution tank, stir evenly, and then apply the glue on the machine; Alternatively, use a metering pump to continuously add starch glue to the supply pipeline.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30 ℃), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight;

Storage period: 3 months.
