With the rapid development of China's economy, the traditional sizing process of box board paper and high tile paper has been replaced by surface sizing by the traditional combination of in-pulp sizing and surface sizing. After years of painstaking research and development, our company has developed a new AKD modified surface sizing agent SA2600. The product is made of a variety of cationic materials by special process polymerization and adding crosslinked resin synergists. The product can greatly improve the sizing effect, reduce AKD hydrolysis and improve the moisture return of paper. The use of this product can not only provide excellent high water resistance, but also improve the surface strength of paper products. This product is widely used in the production of waste cardboard box board paper and high strength corrugated paper.

Performance characteristics

1. It can achieve excellent water resistance and hot water resistance.

2. The curing time is shortened, and it is not easy to return to moisture.

5. Compared with cationic styrene-acrylic surface sizing agent, this product is less dependent on aluminum sulfate, and can be used less or without aluminum sulfate, thereby improving the folding performance of the paper.

7. This product is used alone or with styrene and acrylic surface sizing agent.

Usage method

1. Dosage: When used alone, the amount of 2-6kg/ ton paper. When used with styrene propylene gauge adhesive, the amount of 1-3kg/ ton paper. The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the requirements of water absorption index.

2. When the gelatinized starch glue is lowered to below 65°C, add the product into the starch glue liquid tank, stir well, and then apply to the machine for sizing; Or use a metering pump to add starch glue to the supply pipeline continuously.

3. According to the actual situation, the starch glue tank can choose to add or not add aluminum sulfate. When using aluminum sulfate, the PH value of the glue can be controlled at 3.5-4.5. When used with styrene and acrylic gauge glue, the glue liquid of the sizing tank should be controlled at 3.5-4 using aluminum sulfate.

200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging, stored in a cool place (5-30°C), avoid freezing and exposure. Storage period: 3 months
