At the meeting, the minister of production and safety affirmed the achievements of employees in safety work since the start of the company in 2005, and stressed that employees must always be vigilant, bearing in mind the principle of "safety first, prevention first", and only in the case of ensuring safety to improve work efficiency is meaningful, otherwise once there is a safety accident, it will be irreparable loss.

For this conference, the Department of Production and Safety has specially made safety production planning and training employees. Cao Yonggang, general manager of the company, affirmed everyone's statement and stressed: First, safety production involves a wide range of work, complex work, all departments must take their responsibilities, closely cooperate, and work together to do a good job of safety production, to ensure that 100 days of safety production without accidents. Second, all staff comply with the performance assessment management regulations, high standards, high requirements, strict work, to eliminate any product quality problems, no environmental leakage, no customer complaints, timely elimination of the above safety hazards. Third, workshop, warehouse area fixed management, raw materials, finished products, tools designated location storage, marking the storage of goods area code, set up the area code corresponding to the name of the goods Kanban, prohibit any goods, vehicles, tools disorderly. Fourth, the production personnel must be uniformly distributed by the company, and keep the tooling clean and tidy in daily work, speech and manners civilized and generous, highlight their own literacy, and enhance the company's image.
