JH-330 anionic styrene acrylic surface sizing agent is a new generation of water-resistant surface sizing agent developed by our company. It can effectively combine with starch, giving starch coating good crosslinking strength and hydrophobic properties. The product has the characteristics of small amount of addition, low cost and convenient use. The product has good film forming performance, significantly improves the surface strength of double adhesive paper, electrostatic copy paper, white cardboard and other paper varieties, and achieves excellent water resistance effect. The product has good compatibility with various chemicals, and can be compatible with starch, direct dyes, acid dyes, fluorescent whitening agents and other anionic or non-ionic substances.

PH value: 3-5

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

Third, performance characteristics:

4. Use method:

1. Dosage: 1-5kg/ ton paper.

2. When using, the gelatinized starch solution is cooled to below 70°C, the product stock solution is slowly added into the mixing tank under the state of agitation, and then the machine can be used for sizing; Or use a dosing pump to continuously add starch before sizing machine.

V. Packaging and storage:

200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging, stored in a cool place (4-30°C), avoid freezing and exposure.

Storage period: 6 months (4-30℃)
