JH-1218 Cationic Wax Emulsion

1. Product introduction:

JH-1218 cationic wax emulsion is polymerized by synthetic wax, natural wax and cationic polymer through a special process. It is mainly used as internal sizing agent. It will significantly improve the sizing and softness of the paper. The gloss is soft and natural and the hand feels moist. Water resistance is significantly improved.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: white emulsion      solid content: 35%±1%

Ionic type: cationic                 pH value: 2-5

Viscosity: <200mpa.s (25 ℃)

3. Scope of application:

This product can be widely used in various paper and cardboard, such as bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, cable packaging paper, etc. It is generally used as an additive in the pulp, and can also be combined with rosin size and neutral sizing agent.

4. Usage:

Dosage is 0.8-1.2% of dry pulp when used as internal sizing agent, rosin gum 0.8%, aluminum sulfate 4%, and the pH value of the pulp is 4.5-5.0.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place.

3) Shelf life: 3 months.
