1. Product introduction:

The main mechanism of action of this product is that cations adsorb negatively charged bacterial bodies through electrostatic force, hydrogen bonding force, and hydrophobic bonding between surfactant molecules and protein molecules, and gather on the cell wall to produce a chamber resistance effect, leading to bacterial growth. It will be inhibited and die; at the same time, its hydrophobic alkyl group can also interact with the hydrophilic group of bacteria, changing the permeability of the membrane, and then lysis will occur, destroying the cell structure, causing cell dissolution and death.

It can be widely used in papermaking industry pulp and papermaking coatings; interior and exterior wall coatings, sewage treatment, industrial circulating cooling water systems, textile industry and other fields.

Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid           

Specific gravity: 1.02±0.05

PH value: 3-6                 

Solubility: Miscible with water in any ratio

3. Feature:

1) Broad spectrum, compatible with any papermaking chemicals, fast-acting and long-lasting sterilization and algae killing.

2) It is not affected by changes in pH value, is easy to use, has a strong peeling effect on the mucus layer, has stable chemical properties, and has good dispersion and corrosion inhibition effects.

3) Green and environmentally friendly, its decomposition products do not pollute the environment and do not corrode equipment.

4. Usage:

The general dosage of this product is 100-200g/ton of absolutely dry slurry, and the dosage used as a slime stripper is 50-150g/L. The adding point can be a white water pool, an under-the-net white water bucket, or other location with fast flow circulation and convenient mixing. The slurry pool, pipes, and flow system must be thoroughly cleaned before first use.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packing: Packed in 25kg, 50kg, 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: This product should be stored under cool and dry conditions at room temperature and away from light.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
