JHBK-606 Papermaking dry net cleaner

1. Product introduction:

JHBK-606 Papermaking dry net cleaning agent is refined and polymerized from surfactants, penetrants, emulsifiers, anti-static agents, and cleaning aids. It has good permeability and cleaning effects on the complex viscous sediment on the surface of the dry mesh. It can effectively clean the dry screen of the paper machine when it is stopped or online, improve the breathability of the dry screen, maintain clean production in the drying section of the paper machine, extend the service life of the dry screen, reduce paper page breakage caused by adhesive deposits in the drying section, and stabilize paper quality.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid

PH value: 10-14

Viscosity: ≤ 50mpa. s (25 ℃)

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3. Usage:

3.1 Dosage: 0.1-0.3kg/m2 dry mesh.

3.2 Dilute with 10 to 50 times water before use, spray directly on the surface of the dry mesh at the crawling speed of the paper machine, and then let the dry mesh run at the crawling speed for 10 to 20 minutes. Finally, rinse the dry mesh thoroughly, or continuously clean it after online dilution.

4. Precautions:

Avoid contact with the eyes. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse with water.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 200kg, 1000kg plastic bucket packaging;

Storage: Store in a cool place;

Shelf life: 12 months.
